She received her degree in Fine Art from San Francisco State University. While painting mostly through photographs, she slowly fell in love with capturing people as they are, and started enjoying the photography aspect. She started her career in photography in 2005 and has not put down a camera since.
While having a strong connection with photojournalism, Bernie is also committed to helping others fulfill their personal and creative visions through photography and design.
